Our Team
Darin Frank- CEO/Co-Founder
Darin Frank is the co-founder and driving force behind NTC, a vendor-agnostic technology advisory firm he helped build from the ground up in 1997. With nearly 30 years in the industry, Darin has developed deep expertise across cloud infrastructure, data center solutions, network connectivity, cybersecurity, and unified communications.
Throughout his career, Darin has led the procurement and delivery of complex domestic and international technology projects for clients ranging from mid-market businesses to global enterprises. His vendor-agnostic approach and extensive network of 200+ technology provider relationships ensure that every client gets the right solution — not just the most convenient one.
Darin's philosophy is simple: build real relationships, deliver real results, and never stop finding a better way.
Phil Calantoni- Technology Advisor
Phil Calantoni is a Technology Advisor at NTC and brings nearly 30 years of experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, and technology strategy. His career spans senior roles at Verizon and Lumen Technologies, as well as leadership positions in the data center industry, where he built and managed relationships with some of the most complex, high-profile technology deployments in the world.
Phil's strength is his ability to translate complex technology challenges into clear, actionable strategies— and then deliver the right solution through NTC's extensive network of 200+ global providers. Hisdeep understanding of carrier networks, cloud infrastructure, data center ecosystems, managed services, and digital transformation gives NTC's clients an edge that few advisory firms can match.
Harry Cahn- Director of Sales
With 30 years of experience in the technology procurement industry, Harry brings deep expertise and a proven track record to his role as Director of Sales at NTC. Throughout his career, he has worked directly with leading service providers before joining the NTC team — giving him a unique, inside perspective on how to deliver the right solutions for every client.
Harry's areas of expertise span the full technology stack, including partner development, complex multi-location connectivity, fiber optics (Layer 1 & Layer 2), data center deployment, AI applications, managed cloud projects, and much more.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his wife and children in New Jersey.
Giovanni Alfaro- Business Project Manager
Giovanni Alfaro joined NTC in 2020 and has since become a key member of the team. Focused on project management, he brings dedication and strong leadership to the planning and execution of critical initiatives — consistently driving results that reflect NTC's commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence.
Lyndsey Chapman- Head of Operations
Lyndsey Chapman joined NTC in 2020 and serves as Head of Operations, where she plays a central role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day. With a strong foundation in operations management, she oversees the full scope of NTC's internal activities — from CRM administration and commission management to project coordination and client support.
Her attention to detail and organizational expertise ensure that NTC's team can focus on delivering exceptional results for clients, while the business operates efficiently behind the scenes.
